Covid & Weather Notice

As stated in the Rental Policies, all rentals are non refundable for any reason. However, we understand that there are some Situations that need to be dealt with on a case by case basis, especially in the winter in Pittsburgh. Please see the notice below about rescheduling for weather or covid related reasons.

Covid/Illness

In the event of inclement weather, the studio will have the final say in wether they shut down or remain open. This decision is usually made each morning, should extremely poor weather arise and the roads are unsafe for travel. If the studio needs to close due to poor weather, all renters will be given a credit for the amount they have paid. The credit will be good for 30 days from their originally scheduled rental date and must be used all in one rental.

In the event that a renter or their client cannot attend their scheduled rental due to a positive covid test or other illness, the renter should reach out to the studio as soon as possible to discuss the issue. It is currently our stance that since Covid is a known and ongoing issue, so rental cancelations for this reason are not refundable. It is the renters responsibility to have their own business policies in place to protect themselves and their deposits on the studio should they have an issue with their clients. That being said, we will make accommodations when possible which could include a 50% rescheduling fee, moving to a non-peak rental time, etc. but this is not guaranteed and this will only be done as a courtesy when possible. Renters should rent with the expectation that all rentals are not refundable and plan their business policies accordingly.
